Narin Gezgör, founding member of the Rosa Women's Association, was released following her detention assessment.

Gezgör, who was arrested on 24 May, 2020 with the claim of "being a member of a terrorist organization" within the scope of the investigation initiated by the Diyarbakır Chief Public Prosecutor's Office against the Rosa Women's Association, was released. She was accused of being a member of the Congressia Jinên Azad (KJA) and Rojava Aid and Solidarity Association which were closed by decree during the State of Emergency (OHAL) period and the Rosa Women's Association, which is still operating. Condolence visits she went to, press releases, a hunger strike support and HDP's candidate promotion program, which she participated as a municipal co-mayor candidate are among accusations against her.

Gezgör, who has been held in Diyarbakır Women's Closed Prison for 4 months, was released as a result of the detention examination conducted by the Diyarbakır 9th High Criminal Court.
